dmexco 2016: Econ inspires the audience

2016-09-20 – Econ gave a presentation to marketing experts from different industries for the first time at dmexco 2016.

We have been excited about this appearance for a long time – ever since we received the happy news that we qualified for one of the popular spots in the Start-up Village. And after the trade fair we went home just as euphorically – following extensive talks with potential partners and clients. Mainly, we are very happy about the positive feedback regarding our approach from the agencies. We do not only want to assist banks and insurance companies on their way to digitalization. We can also support service providers offering their clients better, faster and lower-priced services.

Period of change for banks: our statement

2016-09-05 – The 21st Handelsblatt Annual Conference “Banken im Umbruch” (Period of change for banks) showed that banks were rudely awakened by the confident stomping of FinTechs and the cold shower of super-low interest rates. The banks’ spokespersons said confidently that they were wide awake and top fit for the fourth industrial revolution.

So everything will be great, one could be inclined to say. But because today will be yesterday tomorrow, the Handelsblatt journalists wanted to know from their speakers which assumptions will shape how they tackle the digital change. This was always the moment in which I sorted the banks into prospective winners and losers.

PSD Bank Hannover is the first bank counting on flexible application processes

Frechen (2016-11-21) – PSD Bank Hannover is the first financial institute in Germany switching to dynamic application processes in online sales.

Thanks to the Econ Application software, in-house sales and marketing experts are able to configure online forms for loan applications by themselves for the first time, connect them to internal and external interfaces and publish them immediately.
